When you go home for Chinese New Year, never tell your relatives you're in the crypto world.
The moment your identity is revealed, a huge crowd will swarm you. The first thing they'll usually say is:
"You must have a lot of Bitcoin, right? Come on, let me see what Bitcoin looks like."
During the last bull market, Bitcoin reached $69,000, and the most hurtful question from relatives and friends was: "Aren't you in the crypto world? How come you didn't make a fortune this bull market?"
I can't answer that question.
It's like telling my relatives I'm working hard in Shanghai; they'll naturally imagine the bustling Lujiazui district, not my cramped apartment in a village in Baoshan District.
The way out for ordinary people isn't Bitcoin, but altcoins.
But playing altcoins, without exploiting newbies, playing dirty tricks, and understanding the intricacies of the game, is practically a death sentence. Just making ends meet is incredibly difficult; getting ahead is probably harder than climbing to heaven.
