Hyperliquid announced that HyperCore will support Outcome contract trading (HIP-4). Outcome is a fully collateralized, fixed-range contract primitive suitable for scenarios such as prediction markets and bounded derivatives like options. It does not involve leverage or liquidation and features non-linearity and expiration contract characteristics. This primitive can be combined with combined margin and HyperEVM to enhance HyperCore's expressive power. Currently, Outcome is still in the testnet phase. After development is complete, it will be launched on a standardized market based on an objective settlement source and denominated in USDH. Further permissionless deployment is planned based on user feedback.
