FilOz received the highest allocation, followed by Filecoin Onchain Cloud, go-libp2p, FIL Builders, and Filecoin Data Portal. 1/ Overview @FILRetroPGF Round 3 has successfully concluded, with @protocollabs, @FilFoundation, and LPA donating over 500,000 FIL. This round focused on past contributions to the Filecoin ecosystem, with 31 reviewers examining 120 submitted applications. 2/ Funding Scope Reviewers allocated funds to 91 projects. The highest allocation exceeded 20,000 FIL, based on the project's significant impact on infrastructure, protocol work, coordination efforts, and user resources supporting the Filecoin ecosystem. 3/ Highest Allocation @_FilOz received the highest allocation, totaling 20,709 FIL. Their work on Lotus, built-in Actors, and related components contributed to the network's technological advancements and earned them the highest recognition in this allocation round. 4/ Second Place Filecoin Onchain Cloud received 19,762.7 FIL. The Onchain Cloud technology stack continues to advance through updates to storage streams, data access, and ecosystem support, ranking second based on its documented contribution impact. 5/ Third to Fifth Place go-libp2p received 15,884 FIL, followed by FIL Builders (15,761 FIL) and Filecoin Data Portal (15,220 FIL). These projects support network connectivity, community coordination, and data access within the Filecoin ecosystem. 6/ Sixth to Tenth Place The following are: drand (14,994 Fijian dollars), Curio Storage (14,332.28 Fijian dollars), UCAN (13,471.28 Fijian dollars), FilOz's Lotus and Reference Finite Value Model (ref-FVM) project (13,264.31 Fijian dollars), and Secured Finance (12,510.31 Fijian dollars).
