I'm actually reluctant to predict the market. After more than a decade of commodity futures trading, I've learned that predictions are the least accurate. $BNB I used to trade commodity futures hoping for a 10x return in a year, but I often ended up losing money. So later, I settled on a 30% to 1.5x return, which is a reasonable range. Thus, I gave up on predictions and simply followed the price. I've never traded cryptocurrency futures before, because they're different from commodity futures. First, cryptocurrency contracts have funding fees, which is unimaginable in commodity futures. Second, cryptocurrency contracts can have leverage of hundreds of times, which is also unimaginable in commodity futures. Third, cryptocurrency contracts often move quickly and trade 24/7, which isn't very suitable for my strategy. However, they share the same principle: they both follow price trends and rely on candlestick chart fluctuations. Therefore, it's still possible to trade them. Given these similarities, the strategies are essentially the same. 1. Identify the trend. The advantage of trend trading is that a single profit can cover multiple losses, resulting in a high profit-loss ratio. I don't care about the win rate, so when my win rate was 40%, many people didn't believe I could make a profit. 2. Diversify your risk. The first way to diversify your risk is to reduce your position size, and the second is to trade multiple commodities, treating them as a basket. Don't exceed 40% of your total capital, and that 40% should be spread across 4 to 8 commodities. So profits won't come quickly, but you can withstand losses, which improves your resilience. So, after doing this for a long time, it's all the same. Many people say you have a 90% win rate, which is probably a Martingale strategy: sell when you make a profit, cover your position when you lose, and then suffer a big loss in the end. I've also been watching Spurdo lately. It has a very active community, and its market capitalization isn't high right now. It produces big memes every year, so this year might really be Spurdo's. So you might want to keep an eye on it. #USSECPromoteCryptoInnovationRegulation
