Seeing CZ again in Hong Kong was incredibly informative.
One of the most insightful questions from the audience was raised by founder Lorenzo: CoinShares (RWA) has a lot of buzz, but actual trading volume is very low. What's your take on this?
@CZ responded: Bitcoin's trading volume was also very low in its early days, with daily global trading volume of only a few hundred million dollars, compared to tens of billions now. By analogy, coinshares are in their early stages, so low trading volume is normal. For practitioners, tap into the core circle, identify 10 core users, and then slowly expand from there.
So, if you're starting a Web3 startup: Don't worry about scale, but instead ask yourself: "Who are my first 10 core users? Where are they? Why do they need me?"
