There are currently two opposing camps: One camp believes only Bitcoin (BTC) has value, and altcoins have zero value. The other camp believes altcoins will rise in price because the demand for speculation and hype remains constant; their value lies in their speculative potential. One camp holds only BTC, while the other doesn't oppose BTC but still harbors illusions about altcoins. I lean towards the former camp, believing that with the trend of blockchain integration in the US stock market and the consolidation of crypto-stocks, altcoins will be crushed by the "altcoins" in the stock market.
