After watching CZ's speech in Hong Kong, if we compare the internet to blockchain, the current situation is more like pre-2000, before the dot-com bubble burst.
Currently, the largest blockchain applications are CEX and stablecoins, with the majority of transactions occurring on CEX. Most businesses still have little to do with blockchain. On-chain addresses and identities are not yet widespread, and contract interaction authorization is too high a barrier to entry for the average person.
Don't overestimate short-term effects and underestimate long-term value. Be patient.
