On January 19th, according to data from Bijie.com, Hyperliquid led the way in contract trading volume for the entire year of 2025 with a trading volume of $2.93 trillion, followed closely by Lighter and Aster. In terms of webpage traffic, which reflects user engagement, Aster ranked first with approximately 13.23 million visits, while Lighter and Hyperliquid ranked second and third with approximately 11.65 million and 6.7 million visits respectively. The rankings of trading volume and traffic vary across platforms. A comparison of data from some platforms is as follows: Hyperliquid: $2.93 trillion in contract trading volume, 6.7 million pageviews; Lighter: $1.314 trillion in contract trading volume, 11.65 million pageviews; Aster: $791 billion in contract trading volume, 13.23 million pageviews; EdgeX: $586 billion in contract trading volume, 1.1 million pageviews; Apex: $338 billion in contract trading volume, 1.7 million pageviews; Pacifica: $82 billion in contract trading volume, 870,000 pageviews. Note: Pacifica's mainnet only launched in June of last year, therefore there was no trading volume in the first half of 2025, resulting in lower overall data. The current trading volume statistics mainly cover the period from September, when the platform entered a rapid growth phase, to December 31st.
