This is because there aren't many senior engineers from centralized exchanges currently working outside the industry, and order matching is the most difficult part, even more difficult than on public chains, because achieving parallel millisecond TPS is truly not easy. I recently met with the @foreseeofficial team; their CTO and tech team are all senior engineers at the exchange level and professional developers of the order matching engine.
