1. Wang Yangming attained enlightenment at Longchang.
The outside world could no longer judge him; he was isolated from the world.
He judged himself: "My mind is the universe."
2. The human brain is like an electric fly swatter, constantly generating countless thoughts. Letting these thoughts drift by, without focusing on any one, to avoid collapse, is meditation.
3. Neither caring about anyone's opinions or judgments, "My mind is the universe," nor caring about one's own countless thoughts, one meditates in a state of boundless freedom, free from the "self."
