I've been studying spoken English for social reasons, and today, the second day of the Lunar New Year, is no exception. The problems I'm facing are quite obvious: the room for improvement is shrinking. Due to a limited vocabulary and a lack of language environment, taking it a step further is quite difficult. An hour a day only allows me to maintain a basic conversational fluency. Last time, when the engineer from Little Fox spoke with us, we couldn't understand a word he said. Achieving anything is difficult; perseverance is hard, learning is hard, but giving up is easy. The only way to combat mediocrity is to climb higher.
