We have reached an agreement to bring the @interop_labs team (the initial development team of @axelar, a leading interoperability technology stack) into Circle to accelerate collaboration with @Arc and CCTP, ushering in the next chapter of multi-chain infrastructure. The Axelar network, foundation, and AXL token are not included in this acquisition; they will continue to operate independently under community governance, with network development led by @CommonPrefix.
