I've recently been reading this book recommended by He Yi (@heyi):
*Mindset: The New Psychology of Success*
The Chinese title is *Lifelong Growth—Redefining the Mindset for Success*
While reading, He Yi's speeches seemed to leap off the screen:
"If I read more, learn more about the world, and persist every day, I will become a different person."
It felt like I was having a conversation with He Yi.
What kind of mindset is this?
It's that strong people never complain about their environment.
Do you have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset?
Fixed mindset: Intelligence is unchangeable; abilities and intelligence are innate; how much money you make depends on fate and luck.
Growth mindset: Abilities can be cultivated through effort; learning ability, execution ability, and resilience are the core factors determining how much money you make.
He Yi's own success perfectly illustrates that with this mindset, everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
So how do you acquire a growth mindset?
Language Influences Thinking
Tell yourself these four things more often:
1. Making mistakes is okay; it makes you stronger.
2. Worthwhile things always require time and effort; I will continue learning.
3. I'm not incapable; I just haven't found the right method yet.
4. I believe in myself; I will work hard to become a better version of myself!
In 2026, list a few small goals you most want to achieve.
Use a growth mindset to accomplish them!
