Hyperliquid Founder: We Don't Worship "996" Because We're the Team with the Highest Barriers to Entry in the Industry
In an interview with TBPN on October 22nd, Hyperliquid founder Jeff expressed a different view on the "996 culture" when discussing work intensity. He believes the key is not the length of working hours, but the quality and dedication of the work. The Hyperliquid team currently has only 11 people, yet maintains extremely high efficiency and technical standards. Jeff stated that his personal working hours far exceed 996, but emphasized that the team does not pursue a superficial "workaholic culture," but rather hopes that members will fully commit to building the future of decentralized finance out of passion and responsibility.
