I've been living a healthy lifestyle lately. I wake up at 6 AM and go to bed at 10 PM. I get 8 hours of sleep every day. But I'm a sleeper. Even if I sleep 8 hours in a 24-hour period, I still feel sleepy. Sometimes I can sleep 9-10 hours. 6-8 AM is prime time. I can read, do some serious work, or tackle the most important tasks of the day. From 9 AM to 12:30 AM, I go to class. In the afternoon, time feels stretched out. I can even hang out at a coffee shop. I used to have a reversed day and night schedule. Even though I went to bed late, I wasn't very productive and felt tired.
