The House just made history by overwhelmingly passing important legislation on stablecoins (the GENIUS Act) and market structure (the CLARITY Act). This is a big moment for crypto and all Americans. For the first time, we are on the verge of comprehensive, proactive rules. Next up: The GENIUS Act will go to the President for his signature. After that, the Senate should pass the CLARITY Act. We believe passing these laws is the best way to ensure that the United States continues to lead the world in the next era of the Internet.
