According to Foresight News, CoinDesk reported that XRP Ledger developer RippleX released version 2.5.0, introducing token custody TokenEscrow, Batch for grouped transactions, and compliant DEX "PermissionedDEX". This version also improved transaction relay logic, network I/O capacity, and multi-signature simulation accuracy, while adding XRPL Commons as a new Bootstrap cluster. The protocol change will take effect two weeks after more than 80% of trusted validators support it.
