冷钱包转出比特币的步骤主要分为三个部分：准备交易脚本、离线签名和广播交易。1. 准备交易脚本：首先，需要在在线电脑上访问某个网页的New-Transaction页面。在这个页面中，可以输入地址、私钥（虽然可以输入私钥，但不推荐）或者多重签名的RedeemScript。点击Load按钮后，系统会读取该地址上的所有未花费交易，显示账户余额，并允许填写地址和金额（包括手续费）。在Inputs选项卡中可以选择删除一些输入，以避免某些币被浪费。2. 离线签名：将准备好的交易脚本转移到离线电脑的Sign页面，在这里需要输入私钥并提交未签名的交易脚本。系统会返回完成签名的交易脚本。3. 广播交易：最后，将签名后的交易脚本传输回在线电脑，并在Broadcast页面中提交。这样，一笔比特币转账就完成了。
