Solana is quietly establishing itself as a leading public payments blockchain. While more competition from blockchains like Tempo and Arc is expected in the coming quarters, it is still believed that most enterprises will prefer Solana's neutrality. Trustworthy neutrality is severely underestimated.

Drift Debuts at Breakpoint 2025: A Pinnacle of Growth and Belief Drift has been a fixture at Breakpoint in Lisbon since 2021. From its humble beginnings as a simple virtual automated market maker (vAMM), to Drift v2—a Solana-based on-chain decentralized exchange (DEX), and now to Drift v3: a proven trading platform designed to outperform the market. The Drift team has been building here from the very beginning and has never been more confident. Breakpoint Highlights: • The “Liquid Hours” event attracted over 2,000 attendees. Hosted by Drift in partnership with @onchain_wallet, @matchaxyz, and @TrojanOnSolana, the event took place in the heart of the Yas Marina F1 circuit. • @cindyleowtt spoke on the main stage, revealing the next steps after version v3: a mobile app launch, on-chain CLOB, and a proprietary AMM. • @davijlu spoke at the Solana Money Summit, discussing Drift's risk engine, alternatives to ADL, and how to weather a 10/10 crash while protecting users and the protocol. • Ecosystem Leader @airtightfish hosted the main stage, welcoming developers and keynote speakers who had previously garnered significant attention. Drift v3 is officially launched. This is the largest Drift launch ever. It is also the largest Breakpoint launch ever. Looking ahead to 2026, we have more reason than ever to be bullish on Drift and Solana.

Finally, I had the chance to recap the @solana Breakpoint conference. The conference was vibrant and demonstrated a new level of maturity. Discussions moved beyond narratives, focusing more on practical needs—proving that the promise of on-chain economics is being delivered. Many of the people I met have been developing on Solana for over three years and have remained consistently involved. It's a dynamic, iterative, and actively engaged community. We will continue to invest in this ecosystem, and I'm excited about its future development. Thank you to the Solana team for successfully hosting this event in Abu Dhabi and for inviting me to share my thoughts.
