I know a big shot in the crypto world who was almost an A9 level player at his peak, but he's not doing so well now.
Back then, he was young and impetuous, lacking financial management skills. He really treated money like dirt. Spending tens or hundreds of thousands on a single night of karaoke was normal, and he'd spend millions on a girl he liked.
It was a bull market then, the market was booming, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say he was making money hand over fist, so he spent money without restraint.
Then the bear market hit, he lost money in both futures and spot trading, his net worth shrank dramatically, and later, due to other events, he completely collapsed.
There are others I don't know very well, mostly A8 level players, who have disappeared now, probably having lost everything and left the crypto world.
Making money in the crypto world is really fast, but losing it is even faster. People who entered back then rarely had financial awareness or ability; they were basically like nouveau riche, spending their profits recklessly.
Making money in the crypto world is a skill, but preserving it is an even greater skill. You may not have made money yet, but you will definitely make money one day. I hope you can hold on, and the only way to do that is to withdraw your earnings in batches.
