More and more friends are joining the Tuen Mun community.
I remember saying before that the earliest developed areas in Shenzhen were Luohu and Futian. Back then, Hong Kong's economy was booming, and Shenzhen was still a small fishing village.
Now Shenzhen has developed and surpassed Hong Kong. The New Territories of Hong Kong, closest to Shenzhen, including Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, and Yuen Long, have great potential. The cost of living and housing prices are currently only similar to Shenzhen's, so it feels like a regional arbitrage opportunity.
Many friends bought in Shenzhen Bay years ago not because they were farsighted, but because Luohu and Futian were too expensive. However, Shenzhen Bay has developed since then, and now there's still a lot of vacant land in Yuen Long and Tuen Mun, which I feel will eventually become urban development reserve land.
