Let's talk about what I've been busy with lately: How to use AI tools to help build your life (trading system, lifestyle, goals)?
1. Recently, I've been writing trading reviews for upcoming tweets and having ChatGPT remind me to write a trading journal every night at 10 PM. I'm making it a habit to have it record my daily trading entries.
2. After writing a trading journal for about a month, I suddenly realized more of my problems. Much of what I do every day might be ineffective. I'm always results-oriented, not process-oriented. I'm often jealous of others, which triggers negative emotions. I always want to gamble big instead of doing thorough research.
3. Through conversations with ChatGPT, I've gradually learned how to be process-oriented, focus on the present, and focus on myself.
Recently, I've started waking up at 7 AM, thinking about the three most important things for the day, sending them to ChatGPT to record, and making it a habit.
4. Then, a new problem arose: the three most important things to do each day. After deep reflection, many were found to be unnecessary. This led me to consider what the most important things were for the month, the quarter, and even the year. And were these things truly what I wanted? Were they truly reasonable?
5. By writing trading reviews at 10 PM every night and writing down the three most important things at 7 AM every morning, constantly developing new habits, I realized that I had never truly lived the life I wanted. In developing these new habits, I discovered that I could actually build my own life!
6. All this isn't to say that AI is omnipotent. To date, I'm still continuously learning AI usage techniques. AI primarily helps me record my thoughts and collect investment and psychological case studies, etc. Most importantly, it combines deep self-reflection and questioning with AI helping me solve procedural tasks. Then, I rapidly iterate, updating myself every 24 hours. This is what the ancients meant by "I examine myself three times a day." AI simply reminds me daily, "Today is the day for self-reflection."
7. If you have any better ways to use AI to help yourself grow, please feel free to send me private messages or discuss them in the comments section.
