My biggest impression of StableStock is that it's a relatively compliant crypto brokerage. Based on the ability to purchase real stocks using BSC-USDT/USDC, users can mint and burn stock tokens.
On-chain, StableStock has created 115 stock tokens through contract 0xE27bF8090Da972AD20AE3d26792B3e2BC6f89028. The initial supply of these tokens is zero.
The minting of StableStock's stock token supply is triggered by the "Mint By Admin" event triggered by StableStock platform stock holders. Tokens are minted based on the number of shares held, and can be burned conversely. The benefits of this approach are obvious: stock tokens corresponding to real stocks can be combined with DeFi on the BNB Chain.
The StableStock model may evolve into three markets in the future: crypto brokerages + the StableStock market itself, where stock tokens are minted -> an on-chain DEX + DeFi market for stock tokens -> once the stock tokens reach a certain level of AUM, they will be listed on a CEX for expanded distribution.
Of course, it's still early days and many areas are still quite rough, but the transparency module is highly commendable. Currently, the StableStock platform has $440,000 in assets and over 210 users. Stay tuned.
