Characteristics of children who are unlikely to amount to much as adults:
1. Frequently neglects bathing, hair washing, and changing clothes.
2. Lacks planning and principles, procrastinates, spends money recklessly and without restraint until it's all gone.
3. Is too shy to speak up. Avoids difficulties, dislikes communicating with parents and teachers, and prefers to speculate.
4. Lacks self-control and time management. Wants to do homework while playing and wants to play while doing homework. Procrastinates on studying and playing.
5. Always makes excuses for poor exam results, never looking for the cause within themselves. Self-reflection is key to success.
6. Extremely lacks self-confidence. Avoids class activities and competitions, including class meetings where they remain silent. Even with differing opinions, they dare not express them. They lack confidence in everything they do.
