🚛⚡ Tesla's first Supercharger open to the public has officially opened in Ontario, California! I just had a quick tour of the brand-new Supercharger at 4265 East Guasty Road—the first to be open to Semi fleet customers, not just Tesla's own trucks. 750 kW of charging power is located within a truck rest stop in the heart of the Inland Empire. The era of electric long-haul trucking has officially begun! Who else is as excited as I am about the full rollout of the Semi charging network? If you've seen a Semi here, give this a like 🔥! Brief Information: • Historical Significance: This is Tesla's third Supercharger, but the first dedicated to Semi customers (the other two, located at the Nevada Gigafactory and Carson, California, primarily serve Tesla's internal fleet). Expected to open in early March 2026. • Power and Charging Stations: Two 750 kW charging stations (powered by V3.5 cabinets—the same technology as V3+ Superchargers). A full Supercharger can reach 1.2 MW, but this public charging station is currently limited to 750 kW. Speed remains fast—expected to provide quick top-ups during mandatory 30-45 minute driver breaks (the 1.2 MW demo station can charge to approximately 60% range in about 30 minutes; this station is slightly slower but still very practical). • Location Advantage: Located in a travel hub in the Inland Empire, adjacent to the I-10/I-15 interchange—an ideal location for a freight hub connecting the Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach and distribution centers. • Bigger Vision: This is the first of more than 64 public Superchargers planned for construction in the U.S. (More than 37 will be completed by the end of 2026, many of which will be located at Pilot/Flying J gas stations).
