I have an extreme love for desserts, but in order to quickly lower my body fat percentage, my daily diet consists only of chicken and duck leg rice from Shaxian Snacks. For a week now, I've been eating duck leg rice for lunch and a low-fat meal for dinner while training. I'm even dreaming about eating hot pot and desserts 😭😭
The worst part is that before bed, all I see on Douyin (TikTok) are mukbang videos!
