According to Mars Finance, the Ministry of Public Security announced that it has drafted the "Cybercrime Prevention Law (Draft for Public Comment)" and is now soliciting public opinions. The deadline for feedback is March 2, 2026. The draft law includes the following provisions: No individual or organization may knowingly conceal, transfer, acquire, sell on behalf of others, or otherwise disguise or conceal funds, data, or virtual property obtained through cybercrime.
No individual or organization may knowingly provide fund transfer services to others using virtual currency or other virtual property obtained through illegal activities.
