$openclaw is the coin that puzzled me the most today.
Once again, I'm questioning my own narrative and aesthetics.
A coin with @openclaw dev and @steipete accepting donations and sending engineers to join the community.
And @elonmusk just followed @steipete this morning, meaning this AI narrative has the potential to escalate at any time. This morning it even reached 7M ATH.
Then it experienced a dramatic pullback within a day, reaching 800k by evening.
This completely baffles me.
The point of confusion:
But when clawd first became popular, donations were much higher than for $openclaw.
The dev didn't accept any donations and stated they wouldn't participate in any cryptocurrency activities.
From clawd to MOT, and now to openclawd, how many schemes have been ruined, how much enthusiasm has been wasted, how much potential has been eliminated, and how much emotion has been destroyed?
So much so that when the real $openclaw emerged, everyone was skeptical and feared it would be renamed at any time. Even though the dev accepted donations, the block size is only 3M, far less than the pure meme-based $clawd of the first time. Reaching 15M
My understanding is that everyone's emotions have become wary, they've all become too sophisticated, and they've been manipulated time and again. They're not as good as other more reliable developers who can build upon OpenClaw, like @moltbook, who created their own ecosystem and unique features, reaching a height of 100M.
Meanwhile, the coin $openclaw, which received donations, is still not even 1M. Regarding the situation on Solana, I can't tell if it's a shakeout from a golden opportunity or a one-off abandonment. It could have had a better ending, but it recklessly chose the worst possible outcome, squandering a winning hand.
Arrogance and conceit make it difficult for AI to achieve greatness on Solana.
Think carefully, why is it so difficult for $openclaw to reach 10M?
A good narrative, even without good execution, can still be borrowed and utilized by those who know how to leverage it better.
