Once upon a time, Binance had a public blockchain called BSC. BSC had a random number oracle called BCS VRF. This oracle was called 35,000 times in a year. Of those, $潜龙勿用 (a pseudonym) called it 27,000 times in a single day. It wasn't that $潜龙勿用 insisted on calling it; rather, BSC finally got a tech-savvy, non-incompetent developer.
