Correction: The double launch failure of Rocket No. 17 is accurate, but the accompanying video was mistakenly a video of a failed Russian Proton rocket launch from 12 years ago (sent to me by a very reliable friend, and I happened to be following the aerospace industry recently, so I posted it).
