It is time-consuming, laborious, and inherently challenging, yet this platform is teeming with people who make unwarranted comments about market structures while knowing almost nothing about the legislative process. Every significant bill goes through similar phases. Clarity has not vanished. Parts of the bill still need refinement, but we are making progress. There will be many more twists and turns before the final draft is completed. The road to legislation is destined to be bumpy!
