Tonight I spent three hours talking to different AIs (deepseek, gemini3, and chatgpt) and revised my supplement list based on my physical condition. (Interestingly, the supplement plans given by the three AIs were almost identical.)
I plan to follow the supplements below for three months. The following list is for reference only.
—————————————————— Supplements:
- Bones: Glucosamine, Chondroitin MSM
- Heart: CoQ10 (Coenzyme)
- Eyes: Lutein
- Liver: Milk Thistle
- Comprehensive:
Omega-3 Fish Oil
B-Complex Vitamins
Anti-aging: NR
Anti-inflammatory: Curcumin
—————————————————— Diet:
Supplement with anthocyanin powder after meals (anti-aging effect)
Drink birch polypore infused water daily (lowers blood sugar and cholesterol)
——————————————————
I wrote a supplement list in March. This list, compared to six months ago, includes anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and bone-related supplements.
I'm a bit confused about choosing anti-inflammatory supplements and plan to start with curcumin.
Finally, I want to give a shout-out to this Binance water bottle—it's just so incredibly useful! @0xWatell @pearbinance
First, it's a stainless steel bottle, so you can drink hot water, and the large capacity instantly increases your hydration level. Many of my friends in the crypto world have high uric acid levels (I don't have that problem), but having a large-capacity water bottle helps them drink more water and alleviate their uric acid issues.
Choosing supplements is really complicated. I spent another hour researching curcumin... 😂
