Men and women are inherently unequal. Men's natural talents are largely determined by their own efforts. Born short or unattractive, they can compensate for it with talent, intelligence, wealth, status, etc. Women's natural talents are mostly determined by fate; if they aren't blessed with good looks, figure, etc., they're essentially doomed. It's very difficult to compensate for these differences later in life. It's indeed unfair.
