How you treat your life is how your life will treat you!
Just finished the morning meeting, had breakfast, and am writing this before heading out for training.
I spent two mornings this weekend doing a thorough house cleaning, inside and out. I didn't hire a maid; I did it all myself, slowly, with headphones on and some K-pop music, immersing myself in the joy of cleaning.
It just so happens that I haven't been feeling well lately and can't do high-intensity training, so cleaning was just the right amount of intensity.
Taking advantage of this break, I've also adjusted my training plan. I'm going to add more running and jumping exercises to my leg workouts. Lately, I've noticed a significant decrease in flexibility due to being over 30 and continuous hypertrophy training. So, to maintain a sense of lightness, I'm planning to add more functional training. I've been really into HYROX lately, and I'm going to adjust my training in that direction.
Also, I've been simplifying my filming setup recently and unexpectedly discovered that my long-forgotten Action 4 is surprisingly useful. So, I've stopped carrying my camera and tripod; I only use my phone for supplementary footage, and these other devices are sufficient for everything else! I can take it with me every time I go out; it's very comfortable, especially after adjusting the image quality, it's much better.
Speaking of cleaning, I used to be a very messy person. Growing up in a shop and being involved in sports, I got used to being carefree every day. Later, after spending a lot of time with Chong Ge, who loves keeping the house spotless, I was influenced by her.
I always like to keep the house spotless. I think about putting things back where they came from. After cooking, I can't procrastinate; I have to wash the dishes before resting. Starting with many small things in life, over time, I found that my patience for many things has increased, and I've even overcome some of my procrastination. Looking at my tidy house, even drinking water tastes sweet the moment I sit down.
#CHIPCHIP Last week I signed three streamers and started focusing entirely on nurturing them. These past two nights I've been writing about many little things that happened during my business trip with CHIPCHIP in November; it's been very inspiring and has helped me clarify my work priorities.
Like I always say, just do it, guys! Keep the energy up every day!!
We can definitely do it! Gotta go train now!
Street workout style today! The atmosphere is great!
