• 1/3 cup maple syrup (or coconut sugar)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
• 1/4 cup organic coconut oil
Cake:
• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons organic coconut oil
• 1/3 cup coconut sugar
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups peeled almond flour
• 1/4 cup kudzu root powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
Icing:
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons kudzu root powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 3-4 tablespoons full-fat coconut milk
