Looking at the gains in US stocks, Nvidia rose another 5%. While others take it for granted, a 2% increase in the crypto market is considered a bull run.
From the lowest point on April 10th, 2025, to now, BTC can't even outperform the Nasdaq, let alone Nvidia.
Altcoins are even worse; they're full of garbage now, with pitifully low valuations. Met's over $400 million FDC is truly eye-opening. To put it another way, in 2020, BTC was at $10,000, ETH at $400, and UNI only dropped to a low of $3 billion FDC.
Met's revenue is definitely much higher than UNI's at that time.
BTC can't outperform the Nasdaq, and altcoins won't make you rich overnight.
So, the historic question remains: why speculate on cryptocurrencies?
