Today I'm questioning OKX's loan alert system. OKX's behavior is no different from confiscating user coins during extreme market conditions. Let me first explain my situation. I used about 10,000 Ordi and borrowed over 10,000 units. The liquidation price should have been less than 2 units on Ordi. Since I didn't borrow much, I could repay it in minutes. I certainly didn't expect it to drop to 0.9 units so quickly. That day, around 5:00 AM, I was playing games on my computer and not paying attention to the market. At 5:24:14 AM, I received a loan liquidation notice, and then 26 seconds later, I received a loan liquidation warning. First, they told me I'd been liquidated, then they gave me a warning. What's the difference between having a warning and not having one? What's even more outrageous is that my loan was liquidated at 5:19 AM, meaning I only received a notification five minutes after the liquidation. How is this different from directly confiscating your coins during extreme market conditions? @star_okx @Cryptosis9_OKX @Haiteng_okx @okxchinese @mia_okx Binance made a mistake and compensated users. But when OKX made a mistake, did all users bear the responsibility? Binance was down and users couldn't access compensation, but OKX directly confiscated your coins. There was no downtime and the operation was smooth, but they simply didn't allow you to access them. OKX customer service for 24 years clearly stated that if emails didn't arrive in time, you could contact customer service (Figure 4). If emails didn't arrive in 24 years, that could be resolved, but not in 25 years? My current issues and demands are: First, I received an email five minutes after my margin call (I doubt it takes five minutes for an email to arrive). Second, the margin call email came first, followed by the warning email. I question the effectiveness of these warnings. A friend also told me that my loan was forcibly liquidated at the lowest price. I don't understand this. I only know I can repay my assets, but they didn't give me a chance. By the time I received the notification, my loan had already been liquidated. If anyone has the same loan warning issue and was forced to liquidate, please contact me. We can work together to protect our rights globally.
