There was quite a bit of news surrounding Binance this morning. First, Bloomberg reported that the US Department of Justice is negotiating with Binance to remove the government-designated observers previously stationed and working at Binance. Later, CZ's Twitter profile added the Binance tag back. Due to the requirements of his previous settlement with the US government, CZ will not be able to return to Binance's daily operations after his release from prison. If things go wrong, the countdown to CZ's return is truly over.
