Seriously, I think this is the thing about trading: If you don't genuinely enjoy trading and researching it, but simply think it's a "quick buck," then you'd better not do it. It's actually quite boring, and your sense of accomplishment largely comes from the recognition of others, which then feeds your own vanity. And ultimately, creating a persona is a lot of deception. The people who truly accomplish things are those who create. In any industry, true leaders are all about creation and innovation. If you really want to achieve something, I think it's best to create something, to build something.
