Of the assistants I've worked with so far, including my own experience in web2 and 3, as well as discussions with other bosses and supervisors, women are far superior to men in terms of thoroughness and trustworthiness. Men often think they're awesome and have a lot of ego. That's fine if they're competent, but if they're less competent, have a lot of ideas, and don't do their job well, they're like clowns. My own female assistant at my web2 company graduated from night school, but her performance is better than someone with a higher education. She simply doesn't want to keep climbing the corporate ladder. I trust her completely, and she knows how to apply what she's learned. Unfortunately, she doesn't understand the cryptocurrency world... I'm also looking for someone in web3.
