Developing a tool is pretty simple, but the problem is that the costs need to be offset by revenue, and I'm not good at marketing, so I might as well give up. I've collected a lot of data now, and I'll analyze it when I have time to see if it has any practical value. It's a bit regrettable, but I've also learned a lot.
