🇨🇳China is already living in 2050.
First, there's the trapezoidal building. It looks like it's about to climb out of Earth's atmosphere.
Then there's Shanghai's underwater museum—apparently, land is overrated.
Finally, there's the vertical city. A skyscraper, a population of 30,000. Built-in roads, schools, gyms, restaurants—and scooters delivering food to your door, so no one has to leave. It's not a building. It's a civilization stacked like Tetris.
Meanwhile, we're still impressed when apartments have in-building laundry.
