@thrdfloor (Adam Blythe) is inspired by his love of dune sand and wild clay 🌾👐 “I love exploring the origins of things. There’s something really special about digging materials out of the ground and watching them come to life in the kiln,” says Adam. “I love showing what happens behind the scenes—the messy parts, the experiments, the magic.” For Adam, this openness stems from his love of crafting. “I’m almost completely addicted. Once I got into clay, I never stopped. Over time, it became a complete obsession, and eventually I created Shared Floor, a community studio in Chicago.
