国泰君安国际发文称，根据香港证监会发布的《中介人从事代币化证券相关活动通函》，就“代币化证券分销业务”以及“数码债券发行业务”分别提交相关业务计划，均已获监管机构确认无进一步问题。 其指出，国泰君安国际于 2025 年 1 月 21 日向香港证监会提交财富管理相关业务计划，拟在原有证券交易基础上，向客户分销代币化证券或就代币化证券提供意见，计划涵盖的代币化证券类型包括：挂钩多种标的资产的结构性产品（如结构性票据、场外衍生品）、证监会认可基金及非认可基金以及债券。香港证监会于 2025 年 5 月 7 日发出确认邮件，对该计划无进一步问题。 同时，国泰君安国际在原有债券发行业务基础上，向香港证监会提交数码债券发行业务计划，未来将在数码债券发行项目中，有能力担任整体协调人、银团资本市场中介人或“交割行”等角色。香港证监会已于 2025 年 4 月 2 日确认对该计划无进一步问题。
