Bloomberg: Coinbase will launch Bitcoin earnings fund targeting institutional investors

On April 28, Coinbase Asset Management is about to launch a new fund that aims to bring regular gains to clients’ Bitcoin holdings, according to Bloomberg.

The product, called Coinbase Bitcoin Yield Fund, is scheduled to launch on May 1 with a target of 4% to 8% annualized net return, with earnings set to be distributed in Bitcoin. The fund is only open to institutional investors not in the United States.
