On April 23, according to official news, SOL Strategies, the "Solana Edition Micro Strategy" announced that it has reached a US$500 million convertible notes financing agreement with ATW Partners, intending to increase its holdings in SOL.

Officials said this is the largest transaction of similar financing in the Solana ecosystem so far, and SOL Strategies plans to promote the development of institutional pledge platforms.
