According to CoinMeta, the institutional-grade blockchain platform Canton Network will introduce EVM and SVM compatibility through the Zenith stack. Zenith has completed CIP-0091 Milestone 1 and is currently in the permissioned testnet phase, with the mainnet expected to launch within the next four months. This upgrade aims to eliminate the learning curve for Canton's native Daml language, allowing Ethereum and Solana developers to build or migrate applications directly on Canton using Solidity and Rust.
