Keplar, a market research startup, has raised $3.2 million in seed funding led by Kleiner Perkins, with participation from SV Angel, Common Metal, and South Park Commons. Founded in 2023 by ex-Google engineer Dhruv Guliani and William Wen, Keplar uses voice AI to conduct customer interviews, offering faster and cheaper insights than traditional methods. The platform automates surveys and generates detailed reports, with clients including Clorox and Intercom. Competitors like Outset and Listen Labs are also targeting the AI-driven market research space.
