The fund, registered in Delaware, is intended to monetize and distribute various legacy assets and proceeds from business liquidations. Fundamental Global previously announced the completion of a $200 million private placement and will be renamed FG Nexus, with plans to use Ethereum (ETH) as its primary reserve asset and implement staking services.
