Thank you for choosing CoinWorldNet! This CoinWorldNet Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between Shanghai Shenzhinuo Network Technology Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "CoinWorldNet") and you (the "User").
1. Ownership and Acceptance
All rights related to CoinWorldNet’s services, including but not limited to market data systems, website content, SMS notifications, and mobile applications, are owned by CoinWorldNet. By completing the registration process, the User acknowledges and accepts all terms of this Agreement and agrees to comply with its provisions and operational rules.
2. Service Delivery and Costs
CoinWorldNet’s services are provided via mobile internet. The User shall bear all associated internet access and service fees.
3. User Registration and Information Accuracy
To protect the User’s legal rights, the User must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal identification information and promptly update it as required. If national laws or regulations mandate changes to registration requirements, the User shall comply. Failure to do so may result in termination of this Agreement and service access.
4. Account Security
Upon successful registration, the User will receive an account and password, for which the User is solely responsible. CoinWorldNet advises the User to securely store, back up, and safeguard all account-related information (including registration details, passwords, and usernames) to prevent theft, leakage, or losses.
5. Identity Verification and Assistance
CoinWorldNet uses registration data to verify the User’s identity for purposes such as password recovery or complaint resolution. If the User’s account is compromised, the User must immediately notify CoinWorldNet and provide valid identification and registration details to facilitate necessary support. The User should also report the incident to relevant authorities to protect their rights.
6. Login Responsibility
Any login using correct credentials will be deemed as the User’s own action. CoinWorldNet assumes no liability for consequences arising therefrom.
7. Data Protection
CoinWorldNet adheres to applicable laws to protect the User’s registration information. Such data will not be disclosed or shared with third parties unless:
• The User explicitly requests it;
• Required by laws, regulations, or judicial authorities.
8. Privacy Policy
Respecting User privacy is a fundamental policy of CoinWorldNet. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy.
9. Agreement Modifications
CoinWorldNet may update this Agreement due to legal, regulatory, or industry requirements. Changes will be posted on relevant platforms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. Non-acceptance will result in service termination.
10. Service Improvements and Maintenance
CoinWorldNet is committed to enhancing User experience through product and service updates. System maintenance may occur without prior notice to ensure stability.
11. No Guarantees
CoinWorldNet provides no warranties or guarantees. Any unauthorized promises by CoinWorldNet staff or departments are invalid. Users must report such incidents via official channels (website: https://www.528btc.com/). CoinWorldNet prohibits staff from engaging in profit-related arrangements with Users.
12. Investment Risks
CoinWorldNet’s services are tools only and do not guarantee profits or prevent losses. "Markets involve risks; invest prudently." Users are urged to exercise rational judgment.
13. Service Availability
Due to mobile internet limitations (e.g., network congestion, cyberattacks, system failures) or force majeure events, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. CoinWorldNet will strive to minimize disruptions and protect User interests.
14. Internet Risks
The internet is not risk-free. Users should exercise caution to protect their privacy and avoid activities that may compromise CoinWorldNet’s services.
15. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not use CoinWorldNet’s services to:
• Violate constitutional principles, national security, or social stability;
• Spread illegal, defamatory, or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, fraud, pornography);
• Infringe on others’ rights (e.g., privacy, intellectual property);
• Distribute spam, advertisements, or excessive marketing;
• Breach the "Seven Bottom Lines"* or other prohibited content under Chinese law.
(*Seven Bottom Lines: laws/regulations, socialist system, national interests, citizens’ rights, public order, social morals, and information authenticity.)
16. Intellectual Property Compliance
Users must respect CoinWorldNet’s and third-party intellectual property rights and refrain from:
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or modifying the software;
• Using unofficial plugins, exploits, or automated tools;
• Interfering with system operations or data integrity;
• Other unauthorized actions.
17. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Users must independently and objectively evaluate third-party content, links, or information on CoinWorldNet’s platform to avoid fraud. If necessary, Users may consult professionals, file complaints with CoinWorldNet, or report to regulators.
18. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their statements and actions, including legal consequences. Users must safeguard account credentials to prevent unauthorized or illegal use.
19. Content Posting Rules
If CoinWorldNet permits User-generated content, Users must comply with laws and refrain from including advertisements, promotions, or speculative content. Violations may result in content removal or account restrictions.
20. Violation Penalties
For breaches of laws or this Agreement, CoinWorldNet may issue warnings, delete content, restrict access, or terminate services. Users causing losses to CoinWorldNet shall compensate all reasonable expenses (e.g., legal fees, enforcement costs).
21. Notifications
Users consent to receive notices and commercial information via CoinWorldNet’s website (https://www.528btc.com/), SMS, email, or push notifications. Users authorize CoinWorldNet to contact them via registered phone numbers.

24. Effective Date
This Agreement takes effect upon the User clicking "Agree."
